By creating an account or using Avvyren, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your company.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
3. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Avvyren for illegal activity, to break card network rules or to interfere with the service.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Liability
Avvyren is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
